Henri Weathers brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, and distribution to his role as Warehouse and Facilities Manager at E/M Group. He has a proven track record of improving processes, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across large-scale facilities.
Before joining E/M Group, Henri managed warehouse operations for Wheel Pro in Atlanta, where he led a team of 70 employees and improved efficiency while reducing costs. He has also held leadership roles at Forward Air, GT Ventures, DIRECTV, and UPS, building expertise in inventory management, facility planning, and training and development.
Outside of work, Henri enjoys spending time with his family, grilling on weekends, and cheering for his favorite basketball team.
